About Sal

Sal Henley has over 25 years in the industry of highly regarded experience as a food stylist and consultant. Based in London, her accolades speak for themselves, having worked with one of the largest supermarkets in Europe to being the driving force for introducing the food stylist award at The Pink Lady food photography awards.

Her experience continues and extends to stills, TV and video campaigns across a vast range of media, working with some of the biggest names in the business. She's worked on projects for various supermarkets and manufacturers.

Food has always been in her blood, from a farming family, Sal learned from an early age to appreciate fresh, local food.

Following her degree in Food Marketing Management, she then went on to complete a Diploma in Food and Wine from the acclaimed Leith’s School of Food and Wine.

Sal's passion for food and her love for production with different clients makes her a perfect fit for a team.

She loves the variety that comes with every project, and the problem-solving to achieve the final outcome. Her TVC shoots might be outside in mid-February in the rain, but that doesn't mean there won't be blood, sweat, and tears involved, but hopefully no tears.

Sal's appetite for food extends into her social life; she loves entertaining friends and family and exploring up-and-coming restaurants/bars around the country. With all this food and drink being consumed Sal likes to [needs to!] stay active: skiing, pilates, cycling and paddle boarding – however she hasn't quite mastered Pilates on a paddleboard yet!
