Food Stylist and Consultant
A farmer’s daughter, originally from Kent, Sal Henley was born into a rustic world of fruit, hops and livestock.

Following her degree in Food Marketing Management at Sheffield Hallam University she then went on to complete a Diploma in Food and Wine from the acclaimed Leith’s School of Food and Wine.

From the start Sal was quick to set up her own company and after 20 years she has worked alongside some accomplished businesses. Recent clients include: M&S, Waitrose, Heinz, Slimming World and Haagen Dazs – just to name a few! Day to day, week-to-week Sal could be doing anything from recipe developing, food styling, menu creation, exhibitions and cooking demonstrations.

She loves entertaining friends and family and exploring up and coming restaurants/bars around the country

Safe to say that she absolutely loves the diversity of her job and the freedom it offers, to work anywhere in the world.

Sal’s appetite for food extends into her social life; she loves entertaining friends and family and exploring up and coming restaurants/bars around the country. With all this food and drink being consumed Sal likes to [needs to!] stay active: skiing, pilates, cycling and paddle boarding – however she hasn’t quite mastered Pilates on the paddleboard, yet!
